Companion app does nothing on Mac (non M1 version)

Hi, the app won't launch or work in bg to support the browser extension in both latest chrome and firefox on my core i7 macbook — it keeps asking me to install the app.

Would could I be doing wrong?

Hi,

You just need to download the app and open it manually and force the opening (not using the launcher). Please read this: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/mh40616/mac
