The latest version of the extension does not appear in the menu bar and is not activated when watching a video as it did before.

I believe if this doesn't work, you don't have VDH installed correctly & you should try
to install it again.

Beware. Google scrambled the order of my images. Thank you so very not at all. #10 is
out of sequence. You need to view the images in order.
