How do I delete my history ?

Wondering how to delete my history in Video Download helper, any

You don't.  VDH doesn't keep any history to delete.  There's been the occasional request for product enhancements that would entail keeping such history, but they have not been implemented to date, & they may never be implemented.  So don't worry about it.

Thanks for your answer. When I go to download something, the page that comes up has an exhaustive list of everything that I have ever recorded.

I would like to know where that is stored, and how I can wipe it out.

That's not really history.  That's just a directory listing of a directory on your hard drive, or one of your hard drives, assuming you have multiple physical hard drives.  The name of the directory is shown in the upper right of your image.  If you go into the file manager on your system, outside the browser, having nothing at all to do with VDH, you can see the same thing.  You can delete any files you want from there.  That assumes you have defined the necessary permissions to convince your operating system to let you do the file deletions.  It is, I suppose, history in the sense that you're looking at everything you've downloaded but not deleted.  VDH is just listing what it is finding on your hard drive.  It's not a history log kept by VDH.  To remove any of what you see, you need to go outside VDH, outside the browser, & use operating system tools (file manager) to delete whatever you want.
