You can't. You need to learn about the VDH license to understand why that is so. Take a
look over here:

You will find many links in there that will probably be useful over time. Specific to
this question, do a string search on "philosophy" in there. Click the link you'll find &
read up on what the VDH license is & how it works.

Hi,

You have a Chrome license, still valid, you can revalidate your key in the settings.
Your key won't work with Firefox or Edge.

Hi Jerome,

NOt sure, alougth I have a license for chrome, it is not downloading at all from Chrome, but it is downloading from firefox browser with no sound.

Could you please guide me what I need to do for chrome,

Abhaya, I'm not sure you are having the same problem as Haide. I'm not sure I can help
you with your license problem on Chrome. Aside from the fact that I don't work for VDH,
you haven't given much detail of what you are trying to do. I advised Haide above to
look in another thread & learn about the VDH license. It seems like you might benefit
from that same advice. At the same time you are searching for "philosophy" in that
thread, you should also search for "problem report" over there. You would be helping
yourself greatly if you posted a proper problem report according to the advice you'll
find.

In fact, you might try opening 2 new threads to handle what sounds to me like 2 separate
problems. You are having a Chrome license issue that does not sound like Haide's. You
are having a download problem that seems unrelated to your license issues. You are
having this second problem on both Chrome & Firefox. So once you get together proper
problem reports, TWO proper problem reports, you should open 2 new threads to track those
discussions & not distract from Haide getting the help he needs here. It seems like your
issue with video without audio is entirely unrelated to your license issue. You would do
well to do a third search for "video without audio" in that other thread. No matter
what, you seem to be having problems that are unlike Haide's so you should be handling
those elsewhere.
