Hi,

you have a lifetime licence for Firefox, there shouldn't be any problem to reinstall it if needed.

For Chrome I can't tell, did you purchase one?

Hi, what player do you use for the videos? We recommend VLC. 

If problems on VLC, what you can do is to try to re-encode MP4.

you can choose "download and convert" feature and select MP4 as output

or choose local file convert. 

not sure but it's worth the try.
