My situation is different, but still effectively the same problem. In my case, the problem is that my license key will not take—last successfully entered it after I received four emails from your firm in June 2018 saying: "You need to renew your license, you have had too many installations [and a few other justifications]. [click this link to renew your license].
I clicked the link not once but twice over a one week period; was able to successfully enter my license # then. I deleted said emails as I figured that the problem was solved.
Now, today, I had to reinstall Video Downloadhelper (I had two HDs crash in the last week). The license will not take in the program.
I use your program on two different laptops (but NEVER at the same time) and have it on both my Linux and my Windows 7 drives (again, obviously never use at the same time).
Does the license have a time limit?—I originally purchased the license a few years back; I do not have the original email sent by your firm confirming my order because, simply put, I lived in a different state, had a different ISP and mail accounts, and that confirmation email is long gone with drive losses/cleanups. I paid the license fee but am now locked out of confirming said license, therefore all my future downloads will have your "watermark" embedded in them.
How do I "renew" my license? Again: I purchased a valid license from your firm, program license is only used on one computer at a time—and ONLY one drive at a time in the case of my laptop. Please let me know what I need to do. :-)
Email at which I received the 're-register' notices:
