Loom Video Not Downloading

Hello,

I have been using VDH for years and loving it. I even bought it "TWICE" for both Google and FireFox accounts. (4 times) I'm saying this because I know how to use it but I'm stuck getting this to work on this FREE course:

I'm only able to download the first 5 sec. on "BOTH" FireFox and Chrome.

From the traces you shared, i can tell VDH won't work on this site (or at least this video) as the content seems to be protected and VDH won't break this protection because of both technical and legal reasons. Sorry for that.

What are they using because I would like to use it for my personal Courses with this type of protection.

Not sure what they use exactly that but you should search for DRM (Digital rights management)
