Old chrome versions

Is there a way to download the 7.6x version or does anyone have a link to the file? 

It seems on windows 7 the new 8.0.0.5 has stopped downloading.

I can confirm that on windows 7 and opera, the following solves the problem of  8.0.0.5 not downloading 
I found that at least HLS downloads (dont know what that means) were sitting at 0% 

For Opera 

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Extensions\lmjnegcaeklhafolokijcfjliaokphfk  
I am not sure of the chrome extensions directory. I assume the following will work for chrome too: 

1) Right click that folder and use system restore to restore it prior to the automatic update several days ago. 
I understand windows 10 has system restore disabled by default. If anyone needs, let me know and I can provide a zip copy. 

2) Copy the 7.6.3.3_0 subfolder that will appear to another location. The reason is this will be deleted each time you try to open opera/chrome 

3) Remove the extension in opera / chrome  

4) Enable developer mode on the opera extensions page (I assume there is an option to do this in chrome) 

5) Click "Load Unpacked" on the extensions page and select the 7.6.3.3_0 folder from wherever you copied it to 

6) The old version should now be installed and downloads work again. You will need to reinstall your license.
