The latest Youtube problem seems to occur only when I am logged in! Example: In one tab I can log in and out of youtube, In another tab I have youtube search-results which I right-click to check if I can download a video. If I am logged in then it works, if not then not. Having the search-results in another tab is for reference such that it is the exact same page (without reload) I right-click videos in. Possibly a cookie-issue?

Works. 5.5.0a19 fixes this issue and another one: When using the new Firefox47 then Downloadhelper 5.4.2 did not add the Browser-icons and did not download.
I recommend you put 5.5.0a19 on mozilla.org as soon as possible so people (like myself) dont use 5.4.2 anymore.

I was unable to download YouTube videos with Firefox even when I was NOT logged in, but 5.5.0a19 fixed that as well, but is there a fix for Google Chrome ? It is still not working, and I prefer it, as it downloads much faster than Firefox.

VDH does not download YouTube videos on Chrome as Google does not allow it.
