For case 1, http://www.assistirfilmeshd.me/princesinha-sofia-era-uma-vez-dublado.html, VDH does not recognize the video manifest. I marked the URL for further investigation. Thanks for reporting.
For case 2, https://www.pciconcursos.com.br/aulas/raciocinio-logico/aula-01-proposicoes, what is the problem exactly ? In my case, VDH does detect and download this video as it generally does for Vimeo videos.
