Hello,

When I have tried to do the download of some videos with Google Chrome that I have a license, it appears the message below:

Unsupported protocol "chave" (Details)

Unsupported protocol "chave:"Error: Unsupported protocol "chave:" at e.value (chrome-extension://lmjnegcaeklhafolokijcfjliaokphfk/background/main.js:1:252253) at chrome-extension://lmjnegcaeklhafolokijcfjliaokphfk/background/main.js:1:244342

Aborted

In Firefox these videos don´t open in my laptop.

So Do you know how Can I fix the problem in Google Chrome? If you prefer we can schedule a meeting for I to share my screen.

The VDH guys don't do support by scheduling meetings & doing remote desktop control.
What you have posted above is a good start but it's not enough to get to the bottom of
the issue. Take a look at this thread:

https://groups.google.com/g/video-downloadhelper-q-and-a/c/BzPLK2YyL-s

Look for the discussion of how to post a proper problem description. Post that
information & you'll find there will be progress.

It's good that you bought a license. But the license is unlikely to be a factor in the
problem. In the thread I cite above you'll find a reference to the license. That
discussion should explain why the license is rarely involved in the cause of a problem.
