Is there anyway of clearing this list? I don't know which file was the last downloaded.

I'm not sure I completely understand what you're talking about. But what I describe in

Thanks Willy. A workaround I found is to go to the VDH settings select More and reload extension. A PITA but until they fix it a necessary step.

Yes, that will do it. It's a bit more drastic than what I suggested but it will work.
Just be careful with it. If you happen to have any downloads in progress, reloading the
extension will also abruptly terminate those downloads. You will have to start those
over from the beginning. So just clearing hits with the garbage can might be an
alternative for you at some point.
