wz86383390: as i told you, you had a monthly subscription, this means you were charged every month to get premium status for that month. Due to Google changes (see https://www.downloadhelper.net/chrome-licenses), subscriptions are no longer available, i.e you are not charged any more but you don't get premium status. If you purchase a lifetime license you will obtain premium forever.

Am i right to understand the problem is that it shows "Validating license" instead of the expected "License verified" ? Does it say the companion app is installed ? Can you try to restart your browser ?

I refunded the HK$116 purchase CWS.9250-5606-0786-73133 and cleared the license key xxxxxxxxxxxx8008.

Looking at the screenshot you sent, it seems that there has been a lot of changes, user side, in the user interface text. There is nothing wrong with that, as VDH allows changing any text string, but maybe other things have been broken in the process. I suggest reinstalling completely the extension, ideally from a new user profile.
