Hi, I am using VDH extention for Firefox and in the most cases it works great.
Sometimes i am using the Free Browsec VPN plugin in Firefox, so I could watch videos which are blocked for my location. I can watch the videos, but when I try to download them via VHD a problem appears. I guess that"s because the VHD don't use the proxy from Browsec plugin, so the geolocation stops the download.
Is there a way to make the VHD to use the same proxy settings as the Firefox, or no?

I would like to test this. I installed Browsec & looked at the locations available to me
in the free version. I could spoof my location as United States, which isn't spoofing
since I'm already in the US. But it also offered me the Netherlands, the UK, &
Singapore. I specifically would want it for Austria. You know, the Vienna Philharmonic
New Year's Day Concert. I got on the ORF web site & saw an item that was for Austria
only. I then turned on Browsec for the Netherlands & for the UK. ORF continued to say I
was blocked. Austria appears to be a location Browsec will allow you to spoof if you get
their subscription service. So I removed Browsec. In any case, I have tried other VPNs
in the past & even using their Austria gateways, ORF blocked the content anyway. I
concluded that the VPN gateways in the various locations are known to the local web
sites. Some of those local web sites are smart enough to recognize & block requests
coming from the known VPN gateways. The ORF seemed to be one of those smart web sites.

Nevertheless, I'm still willing to try this. You need to tell me a URL in a country
where you say Browsec allows you to see content that is blocked without Browsec. I
imagine you would have to pick something in the Netherlands or the UK. Then first I will
see if Browsec unblocks that site for me. Then I will try to download whatever it is you
tell me about. I am assuming that if it's a site you can't see without Browsec that I
will also not be able to see it without Browsec. I don't know how you would be unable to
see a site & I would be able to see it unless it's here in the US. So pick a place that
isn't in the US & let's see what we can find out.
