I bought the license from Chrome in order to download mp3 files from YouTube.
After I registered and I tried to download it said that I can not download from Chrome but Firefox.
My issue is that no one replies from sa...@downloadhelper.net for two days. How should I proceed?

this sort of issue. He's in France so take into account the time zone difference with
