How to remove the QR Code (watermark)?

Hi, 

I'm trying to download some video lessons from a site that offers various types of courses, some videos are downloaded quickly and well, but others have an annoying QR Code,
is it possible to remove it?

I tried to buy the premium version, but when I click on the "Premium" button this message appears:

And clicking on "Signing in to Chrome" leads to: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/185277

Can you help me?

Yes this is the same for me. I am already signed in and I cannot appear to get it to go to the next steps, which i assume is learning about premium advantages once signed in.

How do we proceed? No one has responded here since Dec 2018.
What are the premium advantages?
Do the premium advantages need a purchase or only signing in?

I already use Firefox license fine. A web site does not work in that browser properly so I've come to Chrome where the site works. Now I'm trying to replicate my VDH experience from Firefox in Chrome.

yes of course, premium needs a purchase.

It allows to remove watermarks from downloads.

Yes and we've signed in and we still can't buy a license. What do you normally see next? I can't buy your product when I want to.

In Chrome, open VDH settings and you see:

I'm already signed in to Chrome.
Clicking Signing in to Chrome is a help KB article about how to do so. I don't need that.

If I click Recheck Premium status, nothing happens. What would happen normally?
Keep in mind I am trialing the extension in Chrome so far (I have a licence for FF from ages ago). It appears I have no way to purchase.

If you are sure you are signed in and it is not detected I don't know what it can be.

I forward this case to the tech team if they can have a look at this.

FYI I have signed out of Chrome. Removed the extension. Applied a Chrome update and relaunched.

I went to the Chrome store page for VDH. Signed into Chrome. Then added the extension whilst I was signed in. Went to VDH settings and it shows what you see above.. the Not signed into Chrome panel. :(

Nothing else I can do here.

yup same problem here, purchased in chrome, still inserts watermark, logged into to same account as always in google/chrome
and it says it's "premium" version if I check in "about"

If I don't see a fix for this I will make a patch post it everywhere

Hi,

if you are sure you are synchronized with the purchase account and it still doesn't work, I don't know what it can be, I can cancel and refund your purchase if you want me to.
