Subtitles is a subject that has been discussed here numerous times. You need to do a
search on the search keys "subtitles" & "captions" in this group. VDH does not handle
subtitles at the moment. In the future? Who knows? There may be a way to get them now
but you won't be able to use VDH. You might be able to get them with ffmpeg. Maybe. I
can't tell you whether it's possible because your web site requires a user ID & password.
No, don't offer to share yours. I won't use them. It is also against policy for the VDH
employees, of which I am NOT one, to use them. If you are up to learning about ffmpeg,
you can do so via this thread:
https://groups.google.com/g/video-downloadhelper-q-and-a/c/BzPLK2YyL-s
You will probably want to bookmark that for easy reference. I recommend you read through
the entirety of that thread, if not now, eventually. As you read through it, you will
eventually come across a reference to an alternative technique that might work in casses
in which VDH fails to download the content. You can skip quickly to that reference by
doing a string search on "cannot download" in there. I hope you try that alternative
technique. Please post again telling us how you get on with this. To continue the
