Error downloading videos.

When downloading the video, the video only shows the first seconds of the video and then the image freezes and there is only audio.

Sorry for this, there is an issue with Vimeo, it has been fixed by the dev team and will soon be released.

It should be in version 8.2

The problem is always with DASH files, in the fusion of audio and video files in one. First is like xx50 fast video and then, the audio only and image freeze when a video is downloaded.

I don't have a public link for example (I download from membership sites I'm subscribed to). 

Also is very strange because the error is in the PAID version and in the free version doesn't happen with the same video link.

Hi,

The difference without license is that the media might be reencoded while adding a QR code.

So reencoding might be the solution to your issue.
