Downloads with only Audio after update

Hello, I am trying to download videos from a website with url: example.app and I managed to before the new update. When I updated Download helper, the videos I download all come up with only audio and no video output. Please advice?

having exactly the same issues, tried beta update and still have the same issue.

Please give us more information about your issue.
- What are your versions ? (OS, browser, VDH, CoApp)
- Can you share a public link for a video with this issue?

The platform I am downloading the videos from are not publicly accessible. It's from asset academy.app.

the versions I am using are Google chrome browser, on windows 11, and version 8.1.6.0 chrome extension.

Would it be possible to reinstall the previous versions of the downloader?

Greg and Kath,

I pretty sure that your problem is related to Vimeo embedded videos. There is expected to be a fix coming in the next beta.
