Recent failure to download

Hi,

I'm running Firefox as a browser and using downloader helper V 8.0.0.0 with an updated companion app. When I try to download through You Tube, the icon on the screen for the downloader remains "greyed out" and clicking on the "settings" gives the message "No media available".

I've re-registered the app and checked everything else but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas what I do next!

A fix is coming soon for this.

Meanwhile you can try a Ctrl+Shift+R to force a full reload of the page.
