Paid for license but need to re-register

I bought a license (over a year ago) but now that I have re-istalled firefox I am being asked to re-register and pay again to remove watermarks, can you help?

I've searched our database with your name and email address, nothing matches. Do you think you might have used another email address ? Are you sure it was a Firefox premium?

Hi everyone, I encountered the same problem, and I got the same answers from the VDH team ... Here I have my HDD which gave up on me, so reinstallation and the same .. . I have to repay a VDH license if I want to use it without a QR Code ... It bothers me a lot to buy something a second time ...
