Hi I bought the Video DownloadHelper license in today with the great expectation of downloading the videos from the Hotmart platform, unfortunately it only gives an error. I would like to request a refund.

Yes, Hotmart is a very well known site on which VDH does not work. A search in this
forum using "hotmart" as the search key turns up many instances of people reporting this
problem. I have been hoping that someone having problems with Hotmart would take a look
over here:

Look for the reference to an alternative technique to use when VDH fails (string search
on "cannot download"), click the link there, & read about things you can try in such
cases. There is also a reference to Hotmart over there. I would love to hear whether
the alternative technique works on Hotmart. I don't have a Hotmart subscription & have
no intention of getting one so I can't test it out for myself. So I would welcome
feedback from any Hotmart subscriber who tries the alternative technique.

While you're in that other thread, you might look up the discussion of the VDH license
(string search on "philosophy"). Clicking the link you find there would offer the advice
that you really ought to test drive VDH before you buy a license. This would save people
the bother of paying for the license & then having to ask for a refund. VDH works just
fine even if you don't have a license. Buying a license does not make VDH work on web
sites that don't work if you don't have a license. VDH does not have a built-in list of
sites that are suddenly unlocked when you buy a license. That's just not how it works.

But all of this is meant more for anybody who might stumble across this thread in the
future. I doubt I have convinced you to keep your VDH license.
