This sounds intriguing. It is my understanding that VDH downloads whatever is there. It
does not have any restriction on the number of audio channels that might be in the input.
I'd like to try some of the items you are talking about. But you've been too vague. You

entire thread, if not now, eventually. As you read through that thread, you will come

Now I'm confused. Do you mean you've asked some web sites to provide their content in
surround sound? Or you've asked the authors of other browser extensions to support
downloading in surround sound? I would still like you to post a proper problem report so
I can look at some of your content to see if VDH can download it. I believe if the
content happens to have surround audio that VDH will download it no problem. I would
like to test that claim. But I can't recall encountering surround sound on the web.
Stereo, sure, lots. Even stereo at 320kbps bit rates. But I have not encountered
surround audio. So if you've got a site with surround audio, I'd like to try downloading
from there with VDH. So I'm asking you again to post a proper problem report. Do the
reading I've outlined for you in my preceding post. Don't evade my advice. Follow it.

what I have been posting. As a result, I can't investigate anything. You have to post a

I ask for a proper problem report & instead of posting one the original poster deletes
all his posts. That's mature. Oh well. It saves me the time it would have taken to
investigate this.
