This is a good problem report, such a rarity around here. So it breaks my heart that I
can't help you. I don't use Chrome. But it seems to me that a number of other people
have encountered this problem in the past. I remember reading posts about it. But I
don't remember what they did to solve the problem. The best I can offer is do some
searching in this group. Maybe you'll find other occurrences of this problem with a
solution. Good luck.

This may or may not work. Put your mouse in the middle of the screen, press and hold the control (Ctrl) key and then gently with your mouse wheel scroll down a little. You may have gotten an oversized window. I have this happen from time to time with several programs. It is usually because I scroll up on some sites to make them fill the screen.

Good luck,
JT

John, you may not realize that you sent your post to me as an E-mail in addition to
posting it in the group where everybody can read it. This is extremely annoying. I read
the group. I don't need a useless echo of the exact same post cluttering up my E-mail
inbox. Please read this:

https://groups.google.com/g/video-downloadhelper-q-and-a/c/94hxIXg_9bY/m/uZVDvoqCBAAJ

Read that & follow that advice. It covers both how to avoid annoying people with
unnecessary & unwanted E-mails that echo something they can read here in the forum, as
well as how to avoid cluttering up your posts with unnecessary lard. Please read that &
follow that advice from now on.

Happens often in Firefox for me

Right click anywhere on the screen that's not the video portion, use the context menu to choose the video you need to download.

You got it half right, John (Moore this time). You aren't stealth quoting & that's
great. But you still sent me a useless echo of the post via E-mail to me. Please read
the rest of the advice I gave John Taylor above. Stop echoing your posts via E-mail.
