It seems your plugin creates connections to suspected sites?

The add-on and the companion app do not make any connection to random sites. But what could happen is that you are browsing (directly or indirectly) a URL containing a video on the domains you mention. As part of its job, the VDH add-on tells the companion app to download the corresponding video manifest and this may be caught by your tool.
