Only Sound - not video

Tryed to download trough one closed website. Eighter MP4 or MPEG file, both comes only sound. How can I fix that please?

Please give us more information about your issue.
- What are your versions ? (OS, browser, VDH, CoApp)
- If you can't share a public link, can you tell us what site it is? what player they use?

I am using Firefox. It's a private video platform. I play the video, manage to download it, but when I try to open the file, only the audio plays, and there's no video. I even tried converting it to other extensions, but it doesn't work. Can I assume that this extension is not compatible with the platform?

Probably, for the moment, yes.

If the player is Vimeo it will be fixed soon.
