My (bought) license has been "Locked, (revalidating)"

I paid for a license a few years ago & things worked fine; now the license "key" shows up, but so does the message "Locked (Revalidating)" and the watermark also appears, & it acts like I need to register AGAIN -- I was of the impression it was a lifetime "buy," (at that cost!) ... How can I "unlock" my license key?  Thank you.

Perform a recheck of the license. This will cause a mail to be sent to you with a link to visit in order to revalidate the license. If you don't receive that mail, please check your spambox.

OK!  Problem seems to have been that I bought a new iMac, and reinstalling DownloadHelper (several times) which caused the problem (the instructions were, unbeknownst to me, in my Spam folder).  Also, in Settings, had to re-set the Behavior of Download Processor to Companion Application; It reverted to "ask," but didn't ask ... and downloaded as audio only.  Changing it to Companion App. (only) fixed it.  THANK YOU for the BEST downloader available and your great help, mig !!

I refreshed Firefox and had to reinstall all my add-ons.  Now my sgo...@erols.com VHDCOAPP says it is "Locked, (revalidating).  How can I get this fixed?

Your licence has been unlocked, should be OK now to retry.
