Downloaded HLS stream video drops frames and sound

I am trying to save certain streams from chaturbate but the video freezes and drops frames so the playback file has holes and the frame rate is usually around 15-20 fps, the video will drop more than the sound, as in the video might be frozen for 10 sec, but the sound is only gone for 3. I have tried to change the settings to download as m2ts, it fixes the huge gaps in the video but instead it stutters like crazy. 

I do have to say that it works without a problem on sites like twitch with no framedrops.

Be sure you carefully read the first 2 paragraphs there. Once you have read that, you

name a web site. Help those who would help you by specifying URLs of particular web
pages on which you are finding content that you are having trouble downloading. I know
I'm not about to scrounge around on some site I've never heard of to see if maybe I can
find something that does or does not work. Make it easy for me to help you.

Next, look for "stealth quote" within the text of that web page. That will give you
another link to click. Click that, read what you find, & follow the advice, not just for
your posts in this thread, not just for your posts in this forum, but for your posts
anywhere on Google Groups.

Next, look for "short tutorial" within the text of that web page. That explains why your
response here will use the Reply all button. It also explains why you will NOT use the
Reply to author button.

Since we are talking about a site that is decidedly NSFW, you should probably not post
any URLs here in the open. Do it like I'm showing in the attached image. Attach it.
Don't insert it inline. Attach it. The Google bots can read text attachments but not
images. Also, heavily censor whatever you say here. This forum got shut down by the
Google bots on 2 occasions over content that allegedly violated the community standards.
It was nearly impossible to get us reinstated. So we are very wary of any discussion of
content like this. You must be careful about what you post here or it will get removed &
you will not get any help.

As long as you take my advice -- all of my advice, don't skip any of it -- I will do my
