Can someone help me with how I should go about requesting a refund of the downloadhelper payment?
I'm asking because I already have the version for Crhome, I bought it for Firefox to download from YouTube, to fix a problem that I can't download through Crhome, but it didn't solve it.. so I won't need the tool for Firefox..
