NO video and only sound

I tried downloading video from this site:https://jazztutorial.com/premium and after the download, it's only sound but no video. I'm using a registered downloadhelper and coApp.

I dont know what to do

It is a Vimeo video problem, there could be fix coming in a new beta extension. Is that the video you tried to download ?

Important: when you reply use Reply all and delete everything after clicking show quoted text button.

I have the same problem. On the same site some video works and some I just have sound.
