Can't install helper on windows 11 pc

Having downloaded helper 1.6.3 I try to install and get this message:

Setup was unable to create the directory "D:\net.downloadhelper.coapp".

Error 5 means you don't have permissions to create the "D:\net.downloadhelper.coapp" directory.
