License Refound

I bought the license to download my college online classes, and VDH couldnt finish the downloading, as I said in this post:

Wild Willy (grampaw...@gmail.com), said that is a bug since my download multiplies the duration of the video and can't finish it.

So, I ask the refound of the license that I bought today.
