problema con licencia

buenas tardes compre la licencia y actualmente no tengo el codigo porque se me borro de el correo

desinstale el navegador y lo reinstale y ahora me pide la licencia y no se como puedo hacer para activarla porque no tengo ningun tipo de soporte que me permita hacerlo
