VDH 7.3.5 with co-app 1.2.4 on Firefox 61, Linux Mint 18.3, 64bit, intel core2 CPU fails with can't aggregate message

Any attempt to download ADP files fails with this message:

/usr/local/net.downloadhelper.coapp-1.2.4/converter/build/linux/64/ffmpeg: error while loading shared libraries: libSDL2-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Message is always the same. The "Blue 1" near to the VDH icon, when pressed, shows downloading seems to be progressing right to the 100% done point but the "Red Button" for error always shows this above message in the "details."  I was a huge fan of VDH for years but need a way around this or it's over.....

Ok. So for the Mint 18.3, I used Synaptic Manager to locate  libsdl
