licencia de conversion Video DownloadHerper

Tengo una licencia de conversión con la extensión Video DownloadHerper que compre por un año, el 10 de octubre de 2022 y hasta hoy he podido hacer las descargas sin limitación, pero hoy me sale un mensaje de que tiene que pasar 120 minutos entre las descargas. Entonces quisiera saber porque sucede esto y con quien tengo que ponerme en contacto para solucionarlo, porque no creo que la solución sea comprar otra licencia, que es lo que me están pidiendo si quiero tener Premium.

Hola, ya intentaste quitar la extensión, reinstalarla y volver a poner tu número de licencia? La licencia se supone que es de por vida, solo hay límite en cuantas computadoras puedes tenerlo (que yo sepa, podría estar equivocada) así que si no lo has instalado en múltiples aparatos, intenta desinstalar, volver a instalar y volver a poner tu ##. Ojalá funcione!!

you ever encounter the error message that VDH has locked your license & says it needs to
be revalidated. This reference also contains the E-mail address of Jérôme. He works for
