It is not downloading the video only the audio

Hello, when I try to download videos from dashboard.kiwify.com.br the video image is stuck but the audio is perfect. This is happening with all videos. What can I do to download the videos perfectly?

After you click that link, there are 2 things you need to look for.

First, look for "vimeo" within the text of that page.  That will give you a link you should click.  Do your best to learn what we explain there.

Second, look for "stealth quote" within the text of that page.  That will give you another link you should click.  Read what you find & be sure you follow that advice every time you post here.  In fact, every time you post anywhere on Google Groups.

Hello, I opened the link and looked as you said. I found a bunch of explanations but I didn't understand anything, because it's not my specialty to deal with this. Would you be able to help me solve this or indicate something simpler for me to be able to do here .. Thank you

No.  If you read the beginning paragraph of the Table of Contents, you would know I don't work for VDH.  So I'm not about to undertake to be your tutor on this, nor will I solve your problem for you.  The problem is not simple & there are no shortcuts to getting the work done.  If you don't have the patience or self-confidence or time to wade through that long discussion, & I do admit it is a long discussion, then you'll just have to give up.  There may be other tools out there that can get this content for you simply.  I can't speak to that because I haven't looked for them.  At the moment, VDH can't handle these cases.  The ways we've come up with work pretty well in most cases.  I must emphasize that the discussion there includes multiple ways to approach the problem.  It seems each site has its own quirks when it comes to this issue so there's a number of things you may have to try, trial & error, before you hit upon one that works.  But with each one you solve, it becomes easier.  That's not too surprising.  When you practice something, it always gets easier each time you do it.  Others have read that thing & have successfully solved their problems.  It's your choice whether you decide to buckle down & figure it out.

But it seems you looked at only one link.  I recommended 2 links to look at.  The second one is considerably easier.  It doesn't deal with your problems with downloading videos but it does deal with simply posting here.  You would do well to read that one.  I don't recommend people read stuff just to waste their time or to make my posts longer.  That second reference is worth checking out.
