Please explain conversion options , primarily for mp4 but several of the other for audio I don't understand. Basically, what's the best is what I'm looking for.

Hi,

the problem is there is no "best solution", it depends on your needs. The higher you take (4mb is a higher bitrate than 1mb) the better the quality will be, but the bigger the file will be.
