Is there a way to have VDH save the temp files (2 part files Media.mp4 media.tmp) into a drive other then C:\Users\rupertm\AppData\Local\Temp? I have a SSD as my drive C and would prefer not writing temp video files to it. I have a spinning E: drive I would rather use. I cant find any option to change this. Is there? Can this be a new feature if not? More often then not for me, when I try downloading a file from youtube that comes in two parts I usually never get a working output file, but I think that maybe another issue all together.
Thanks Matt

The temp directory is what it is supposed to do: a place where to write file for a short duration. Rather than configuring VDH to use another location than the temp directory, it is better to change the temp directory in Firefox. However, it seems that Firefox just uses the system temp directory as defined by the %temp% environment variable. I don't know what windows version you are running (and i'm not a windows specialist) but you may get some help from https://www.google.com/search?q=windows+change+temp+folder
