Your question is rather vague. You may not think so but it is. In order for anyone to
help you, you have to post a proper problem report. You can find advice on how to do

You may find you want to bookmark that for easy reference. I recommend you read the
entire thread, if not now, eventually. There are 2 references in there that I want to
point out to you. There's the one for giving a proper problem report. Actually, that
one is 2 references but they are adjacent in the thread. The other reference is a
tutorial on how to use VDH. I'll mention the tutorial first because it will be the very
first link you will come across in that thread. Click that link to go to the tutorial.
It's possible you'll find that useful even if you've been using VDH for a while. As you
read further, you will come to the 2 references dealing with reporting a problem. You
can skip quickly to those by searching for the text "problem report" within the page.
Click the 2 links there, read what you find, & follow that advice.

Your one-line statement can be understood as a request for help downloading with VDH.
That would be answered by the tutorial. If you think you don't need the tutorial, then
the altenative understanding of your request would be that you are having trouble
specifically with the site you named. That's the part that's vague & requires you to
post a proper problem report.

It seems to me other people have reported problems downloading from that site. You could
do a search in this forum to see what others might have encountered. If I'm not
mistaken, the site is in Germany. In that case, there may be geographic restrictions
that would stop me from viewing anything meaningful on the site. The videos there would
tell me I can't view them because I'm not in Germany. In that case, you will need to
post screenshots of what you are trying to do in VDH. Imagine one of us is looking over
your shoulder while you try to download from the site. Show us what happens since we
can't go there & try it ourselves.
