I've used DownloadHelper for years, primarily YouTube.  Recently started having problems on two different computers, both Win 7 Pro.  I even deleted and reinstalled the plug-in (on FireFox).  Problem is not consistent.  Several clips will download.  I will have issues w/ the next one.  For example - here's the clip I tried to download:
