Finally, a tool to repair (some) *.part files!

I, like many of you, searched for a way to at least attempt recovery of *.part files that might have been left behind during the recording of a live stream that went awry for any number of reasons. I couldn't find anything so I decided to see if I could do it myself. In the end, I think I created a fairly useful utility - named Remoover - that has so far successfully recovered every partial stream file that I have thrown at it.

I decided to open source and release the utility so that everyone could benefit.To get and use Remoover, follow the directions here: https://github.com/imbcmdth/remoover#getting-remoover

I want to make one thing very clear: Neither myself nor this project are in any way affiliated with the good folks who work hard to bring you VDH - they can not help you if Remoover isn't able to recover a *.part file.
