to Video DownloadHelper Q&A
I just started using a new laptop running Windows 10 and the Firefox Quantum browser 61.0.1 with the current Videodownload Helper version 7.3.5 When I choose a video to download, it goes through the save portions but when I check the download process it always say 0 bytes and the video does not download. My previous laptop was running Windows XP and an older version of Firefox along with an older version of Videodownload Helper. It worked perfectly. Is there anything I can do to make this newer version work, or is using Videodownload Helper just a lost cause now ?

VDH works better than ever, but without any detail from your side we cannot help.

I agree, before the update I was able to download videos from Discovery.com, TLC, and the ID Network, now it never finishes the video and stops recording halfway through.

Maybe you are having connection problems ?
You can try switching back to Firefox 52 ESR and VDH 6.3.3.

After removing it twice and re-loading it twice it works. I don't know what was going on.
