Hello, i accidentaly bought licence for firefox twice. Can I chnege one licence fot firefox to licence for chrome? thanks.

I still recieve downloaded videos with watermark - why?

I don't work for VDH so I can't change your license information.  But about the watermark . . .

It is not possible to just switch a license from one browser to another.  They have different costs & they are not 100% the same.  Instead, you should send an E-mail to Jérôme, who does work for VDH.  His address is jcvdh56 @ gmail.com.  I've shown that with 2 spaces to prevent Google from hiding it.  You would, of course, remove the spaces before you send that E-mail.  Tell Jérôme about what you want to do.  He will refund one of your licenses.  You can wait for that to happen, which usually takes a couple of business days.  Or you can go ahead & buy the Chrome license now while you wait for the refund to process on your credit card.  Just be sure you specify which license number you want him to cancel.  Once you get one of those licenses you already have into Firefox, you obviously don't want him to cancel that one.  Jérôme lives in France, so take into account the difference in time zones between wherever you are & France.
