O DownloadHelper como extensão do Google Chromes não está funcionando no Chrome. Contudo, a referida extensão, quando utilizada no Firefox, funciona bem e realiza adequadamente os downloads de que preciso.

Gostaria muito que a empresa do DownloadHelper me concedesse o cancelamento da licença no Google Chrome e o consequente reembolso da quantia paga ($ 12,00 € ), pois desejo realizar a compra da licença Premium ilimitada através do navegador Firefox. Caso o reembolso não aconteça, não terei condições financeiras para a nova compra.

DownloadHelper as a Google Chromes extension is not working in Chrome. However, this extension, when used in Firefox, works well and properly performs the downloads I need. I would very much like the DownloadHelper company to grant me the cancellation of the license in Google Chrome and the consequent refund of the amount paid ($12.00 €), as I want to purchase the unlimited Premium license through the Firefox browser. If the refund does not happen, I will not have the financial conditions for the new purchase.
