Issues with program - just bought license

Hi!

I hope you're doing well. I'm having issues with all the videos I download, and I just bought the Google Chrome Video Download helper license, so you can imagine how disconcerting it is to be having problems with it. I've tried downloading various videos and opening each one with different applications (Windows Media Player. VLC, etc.) and they all show the same thing. To be clear, before I purchased the license, the videos were downloading perfectly.

Hi,
When you don't have a license, a re encoding is done while adding the watermark.
It might be the reason. Did you try a re encoding ?

Your initial post contains only vague allusions to problems.  Quoting your words, you are "having issues" & your attempts to play back your downloads "all show the same thing."  I am neither telepathic nor clairvoyant.  I have not the faintest idea what your "issues" are nor do I know what your "same thing" is the same as.

You would most likely be doing yourself a favor by posting a proper problem report.  Click this:


Look for "problem report" within the text of that web page.  That will give you a link to click.  Read what you find & follow the advice.  Also describe what exactly your issues are & what exactly you observe during playback.  You might save yourself a lot of words by including screenshots with your verbiage.
