... and the strings imported are not permanent
if i write platform_info: Piattaforma $ARG1$ $ARG2$ (Platform $ARG1$ $ARG2$) then i get Piattaforma Linux ?? (Platform Linux x86-64)
if i write browser_info: Browser $ARG1$ $ARG2$ $ARG3$ (Browser $ARG1$ $ARG2$ $ARG3$) then i get Browser Mozilla ?? 57.0 (Browser Mozilla Firefox 57.0), but i could leave it as is (it's not missing string)
in option - general:
"No such native application net.downloadhelper.coapp" ... is it not translatable?
after that i import the message.json for missing strings and click "save", then i look that the description of some options are not translate all
thank you so much for your priceless job

It's not purely dynamic. You have to reopen the page/popup for the new strings to be used
for missing strings ... maybe I should try to translate the strings of the messages.json file into local / en_US?
About translated strings not appearing: from your screenshot, let's take the "Private notifications" example. There are 2 strings related to this parameter: "weh_prefs_label_noPrivateNotification" (the title of the parameter) and "weh_prefs_description_noPrivateNotification" (the description). In the translation file you provided, there is a translation for "weh_prefs_label_noPrivateNotification" ("Nessuna notifica per connessioni private"), but none for "weh_prefs_description_noPrivateNotification". So your screenshot appears perfectly correct for me: title is translated to Italian, but description is sitll in English.
The 7.6.0a4 version is perfect.
You are the best!
many many thanks
