License key does not load as always.

Time ago I purchased a life time license of the video dowloadhelper, and since then every time I had to reinstall chrome, the first time that I sinchronized my google account, VDH alwais licensed the extension. On some cases, i'd received a warning abount the number of license reactivations I've made, but alway get licensed. But since five days ago thats not viable. I can't reactivare license.

Thanks a lot that I've purchased also a license for Firefox that still works. Better for me.

What can I do to retrieve my license key?. I can't find the mail with the activation code.

Hi VDH Team - Is there an answer to this? I also purchased a "lifetime" lincense from the Chrome Store for this app in 2019. Until the very latest installation it always picked this up. Now I'm left with no premium access and I do not wish to purchase another lifetime license.

Is this a Google problem? Is it resolvable? Or will I and other users need to purchase again direct from yourselves?

I have the receipt from the store, but it only confirms purchase, it doesn't have the actual license code.

I've purchased a Lifetime license with this account on December 2018 and has worked fine until recently.

Same issue that's been going on for months on Chrome. If I attempt to download more than 1 video I get a pop-up that says " Without Premium status, an HLS download can only be performed 120 minutes after the previous one". I purchased this years ago and has worked fine until a few months ago. I've tried clearing cache. I've also tried uninstalling the plugin, clearing cache, restarting computer, and redownloading plugin. It did not fix the problem.
