For the time being, sign ups are only for tournaments and selected special events. Currently the special events are 40k Apocalypse, 30k Horus Heresy, Lord of the Rings, Blitz Bowl, Dropfleet/Dropverse Commander, and Marvel Crisis Protocol. Additional special events may be added, and slots for open gaming (any game!) will also be announced. You will be able to sign up for those additional games and open gaming after the announcement.
The club asks for the following monetary contribution per person to participate in Tentcon:
These contributions are needed to cover the cost of renting the site, tent, tables and chairs for the event. Contributions can be made via this PayPal Pool link (https://paypal.me/pools/c/8y5Ncdv2Rc).
Free beer/water/soda will be provided throughout both days, and a grilled lunch will be served both days from 1-2 pm at no additional charge. A grilled dinner will be served on Saturday evening for tournament players, included in the contribution price.
We will follow guidance from state and local authorities for the event. We will not require vaccinations to participate, but we will follow mask and social distancing mandates that are in effect at the time.
