Tickets for the Holiday Party and Raffle

The club’s annual Holiday Party will take place on the evening of Saturday, December 4. Come and celebrate the holiday season and the end of another great year for the club!

Enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, hors d’ouvres, music and The Victory Gamers Club Award presentations throughout the evening.  There will also be a raffle for a $300 Victory Comics gift card, as well as door prizes. 

All will be taking place in the elegant Miss Peacock’s Champagne Lounge of the Board Room. Dress to impress (black tie requested, but just come as spiffy as you feel comfortable). Significant others are very welcome!!! Unfortunately, no minor children permitted because of the setting. Due to the intimate setting of the Peacock Lounge, guests will be asked to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before entry  

Tickets are $30 per person for the Holiday Party, and $20 per ticket for the Raffle.  You can sign up for Holiday Party and the Raffle tickets via Sign Up Genius: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4DA8A72EA4FA7-victory1.  

Please pay cash at the event for any tickets for which you signed up for.  Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase for cash at the event. You can purchase as many Raffle tickets as you like, but there are a maximum of 50 tickets available for the Holiday Party on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional Raffle tickets will be available for purchase by cash at the event.

If you sign up for yourself or a significant other for the Holiday Party, but are unable to attend, please delete your sign up so that others may attend.  Sign ups for Holiday Party and Raffle tickets are final as of the close date of the sign up (Friday midnight, December 3).

The Holiday Party is this Saturday!!! If you are planning on going (and I hope you are) but haven’t signed up, please do so now! Celebrate the end of the year, the club award winners, and our heroes of the year: Paul and Sandro.  Plus, door prizes and the announcement of the raffle winner. Good food, good drink, and good friends makes a good time.

This is the last time I’m going to ask people to sign up for the Holiday Party and Raffle this Saturday evening, because if you haven’t done so already it’s because something is preventing you from doing so, or you’re a cotton-headed ninny muggins.

For those outstanding people coming to the party, a few quick reminders:

-  Dress is black tie or as classy as you can be. 

- Bring cash for your party ticket when you arrive. Exact change really helps out!

- Be prepared to show your vax card or a photo of your vax card when you arrive. 

- Club awards will be announced, starting with Most Competitive and ending with honoring Paul and Sandro as the club’s Heroes of the Year. 

- Winners of door prizes will be announced throughout the evening. Everyone who attends gets a ticket to win a door prize. Can buy additional tickets for $5 cash on the evening. (And there will be door prize shenanigans again this year!)

- Raffle winner will be announced at the end of the evening. Do not have to be present to win. Can sign up for tickets until this Friday evening. Can purchase tickets for $20 cash at the party too. 

All funds raised go to covering the expense of the party and paying down the cost of rental space at the Board Room.
