The Accounts Receivable has been steadily dropping. Most recently the
AR went down $4,586.....from $32,436 in February '12 to $27,850 end of
March '12. It hasn't been that low in years!!
Whatever the reasons, members getting back on their feet financially
or tougher legal collections or perhaps a combination of both, the
results are evident and encouraging in this area.
It's too bad the board doesn't use this forum as a means of
communicating such good news to members. Lord knows all the bad
reports and lately on the R. Poole situation, they could use some good
press. And if they don't recognize it, this financial information IS
good press!
